I’m a senior technical programme manager, helping engineering, operations and business teams take complex technology from pilot to operational scale.

I bring 15+ years across robotics, automation and automotive engineering, with experience at Amazon Robotics, Dexory, Arrival and Aston Martin. My work spans EMEA, APAC and North America, from single-system engineering to ownership of programme roadmaps, budgets, suppliers and regulatory sign-off.

My background combines engineering, programme delivery and operational execution. I work with hardware and software engineering, product, operations, vendors and senior leadership teams to align stakeholders, manage delivery risk and keep programmes moving against demanding timelines.

I bring a calm, accountable approach to execution, combining risk-managed delivery plans with SQL-backed dashboards, programme KPIs and AI agents that automate logistics reporting and task prioritisation.

Alongside my career, I enjoy using my experience to simplify business challenges and everyday problems. This has led me to develop Pathrova and a career coaching SaaS platform, applying the same focus on practical workflows and user needs to digital products.
